Where do I find it?

There are several places to find the podcast. All of them work and all of them are acceptable and all of them are safe!

1 - From your iPhone

• Tap the Podcasts app
  
• At the bottom tap the search button which is the little magnifying glass
• Tap the search bar at the top
• Type in Sandwiched
• When you see the sandwiched logo tap it.
  
• Finally tap subscribe on the main page of the podcast.
• Now when you tap on the library tab in the podcasts app, the podcast you downloaded will appear.

2 - On the www.sandwiched.ca website

• At the bottom of every page you will see a button...
  
• Click it. Voila . You can now listen to the podcasts

3 - No iTunes? No worries.

• Go to http://sandwiched.libsyn.com/website
• Click the episode you want to listen to and there it is. Turn up the volume, sit back and enjoy.

4- Spotify!
What’s that? Spotify is a music and podcast streaming service. You may have it and if you do, you can get to Sandwiched from it.

• Tap your Spotify app

  

• Tap the little magnifying glass (the search button)
• Type in Sandwiched
• Scroll down to podcasts and when you see the Sandwiched Logo, tap it.
• There it is. Put in your headphones and check it out.
